For deliveries outside the red line on the map, which are often made by courier in a large truck, it is important to check if your access is sufficient and that your driveway is smooth and flat for delivery. Pallet trucks won’t work on soft ground or a gravel driveway. Overhanging branches, narrow roads, rough terrain, and steep inclines may cause access problems. If the driver is unable to access your property at their discretion, delivery will be made at kerbside. However, once we have been notified at the point of sale, we will do our best to find a solution.
